Hello Book Dragons. Another day, another interview.
I came to the realization that my vodcast falls under the subject of journalism. For many of you who don’t know, I’m taking a course in Modern Journalism via NYC extension to get a certification. This interview is a little bit different from the Book Talks Questionnaire I usually hand out. The assignment was more of an interpersonal interview about someone, to write up a profile, and clarify with them based on open, closed and probing questions.
I met Rachel Lewis at my brother’s engagement party last year. He introduced us because we both love (and I do mean LOVE TO THE NTH POWER) animation. The moment she spoke, I knew she was a true Aussie. I recalled her telling me about her recent updates: she quit her job, got married, and was currently in the works of creating a cartoon web series entitled “Cassie Loves Cooking”. Her channel was in the works around the same time as this assignment. So, I came up with set of new questions, including one about animation books (if any) for this interview.
